Rhonda Dakken Clark, joined Harcourts Waterfront & Fine Properties in the spring of 2024.   After 20+ years of real estate experience in Iowa, Rhonda made her move to Maine 4 years ago and has been serving the Harpswell/Midcoast area. She has extensive experience in residential land developments, property management, and custom residential & commercial construction company ownership with her husband, Tim. She has been active in the Harpswell community, volunteering for Harpswell Aging at Home and being a director for a “My Happy Place – Harpswell”, which creates relaxing and restful spaces for those individuals diagnosed with a serious health illness.
